Todd Capps joined the Victory Staff in December 2019. He graduated from Gardner-Webb University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Trinity College and Seminary. He has served churches in Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas, and Hong Kong. He is married to his best friend, Kim. They have two daughters - Paige and Carrington. He enjoys traveling (he's visited all 50 of the United States) and now has a goal to visit all the national parks. He also enjoys reading and spoiling his four-legged boys - Hunter and Delaware.
